Ukrainians can get a residence permit in Denmark
As a Ukrainian citizen you can obtain a temporary residence permit and create a basis for a life in Denmark with school, education and work. You do not have to apply for asylum to obtain a residence permit. This is applicable to Ukrainian citizens and persons with refugee status in Ukraine as well as accompanying core family and other family members supported in the same household.
Other nationalities:
There are different rules for residency in Denmark depending on your country of origin. If you are a citizen of an EU/EEA country, Switzerland or a Nordic country, you can reside in Denmark according to special regulations. For other nationalities you must apply for a residence and work permit. You also need to apply for a work permit if you will be doing unpaid work or seek sideline employment.
