Lighthouse: South Jutland

Lighthouse – South Jutland

Project name: Qualified workforce for South Jutland as a green energy metropolis

Purpose: Branding South Jutland as an attractive, green career destination and attracting Danish and international graduates and professionals within the green transition sector.

Short description: The project will create a new place brand for South Jutland to highlight its green and sustainable industries and to attract Danes and internationals to work in the region.

The project will include ongoing dialogues with small and medium businesses in the region, strengthening their competencies and answering their need for more skilled labour. Moreover, there will be a talent attraction campaign and an event abroad to reach more candidates.

Results: 14 participating companies | 36 promoted jobs| 2.538 applicantions | 434 candidates forwarded to companies | 27 taken to interview

Duration: 2022-2023.
