Lighthouse – Fehrman

Project name: Lighthouse Fehmarn – skilled labour

Purpose: Creating awareness in Europe’s skilled labour market that Denmark is a great place to work and relocate to. Attracting applicants for specific skilled labour jobs in Region Zealand and gathering leads for a nurture flow of qualified candidates.

Results:

  • One talent attraction campaign in EU targeting construction workers.
  • One Place Branding Campaign focusing on the hospitality industry.
  • Welcome to Denmark booklet – a short guide on how to get settled in Denmark as an EU-citizen coming to Denmark for work.

Short description: The project sought to attract qualified skilled labor to companies within the construction and hospitality industries in Region Zealand. Using the increased activity in relation to the Fehmarn connection as a lever, the project sought to assist SMEs in all of the Region with qualified international labour to be able to answer the spike in demand caused by the Fehmarn construction. This was done through an attraction campaign in targeted EU countries as well as a non-targeted branding campaign of Bornholm.
