Circular economy company GrønBlå A/S strengthens its presence in Denmark

Jan 15, 2025 The Danish company GrønBlå A/S is expanding its activities in Denmark to accelerate the transition to a circular economy by replacing plastics with fully biodegradable and compostable materials.

GrønBlå A/S is committed to helping businesses eliminate plastic waste and reduce their environmental footprint throughout the value chain — from production to composting — leaving no trace behind. Their innovative materials and circular approach enable companies to rethink product design and waste handling while meeting increasing regulatory and consumer demands for sustainability.  

With its first project launched at Parken Stadium in Copenhagen, the company is confirming Denmark's position as a great market for testing and scaling biocompostable solutions. 

The Danish office will serve as a base for GrønBlå A/S’s Nordic and German expansion, focusing on science-based R&D and knowledge-intensive activities to advance material innovation and circular business models.
