Highly skilled Game Developers attracted to the Greater Copenhagen Region
May 6, 2025 The campaigns were viewed more than 16 million times and inspired more than 300 international game developers to sign up for an online Q&A session with the biggest gaming studios in the Greater Copenhagen Region.The Greater Copenhagen Region positions itself as a strong gaming hub with many world-class gaming studios, events, and opportunities. Copenhagen Capacity reinforces those strengths by attracting the world's leading professionals in the gaming industry via the Greater Copenhagen Region place brand.
"Space for Being You" campaigns promoted Greater Copenhagen as a great place to live and work, and supported 10 of the best Greater Copenhagen's gaming studios: IO Interactive—developers of Hitman, Playdead—Developers of Limbo, SYBO—developers of Subway Surfers, and other great studios in increasing the interest to companies and the amount of applications to open positions.

The campaigns utilized two Hero films, featuring David Bateson, the legendary voice of Hitman, who played the Hitman himself in unconventional and funny ways. During the Copenhagen Gaming Week, the campaigns have also produced 9 short interviews with expat game developers who work in the Region.
The campaigns promoted online Q&A sessions with the aforementioned gaming studios, to which international professionals from all over the world connected and asked questions of interest directly to the gaming studios' representatives.
As a result, the campaigns were seen over 16 million times and generated over 8 million video views. Over 300 global professionals signed up for online Q&A sessions with gaming studios and got their answers to over 80 questions. The participating gaming studios reported a significant increase in the applications for the open opportunities.
