Best tech and engineering talents attracted to Denmark
Jun 1, 2025 17 Danish tech companies received 347 screened candidates from a pool of 3,000 applicants, including specialists in Front and Backend Development, DevOps, Software Engineering, and Data Science. There is no doubt that Denmark has something unique to offer. That was once again made clear during Copenhagen Capacity's place branding and Talent Attraction campaign that targeted IT specialists and engineers.
Our global Tech and Engineering Talent Attraction campaign supported some of the biggest 17 Danish companies: Bang & Olufsen, Grundfos, Fujifilm Diosynth, Siemens Energy, and many others, in connecting with international professionals across key fields such as Frontend, Backend Development, DevOps, Software Engineering, IT Architecture, Data Science, and more.
The campaign resulted in over 3,000 tech and engineering specialists from across the globe applying for open positions, 347 the most qualified of which were matched and referred to the respective companies.
A State of Curiosity Hero Film
The “A State of Curiosity” concept was at the heart of this success, serving as the central theme for all promotional videos and copy. The concept was inspired by insights into what motivates the target group of IT specialists and engineers—curiosity, as a driver to challenge and improve things, to make a real-world impact. And the campaigns invited international specialists to consider Denmark as a place where their curiosity has the freedom and support to flourish.
Curiosity framed the messaging around open opportunities and anchored the campaign’s website, which featured job listings and positioned Denmark as one of the most attractive places to live and work. The site was the meeting point where curious minds from around the world discovered career-defining opportunities at Danish companies.
