New ambassador for Copenhagen

The Danish CEO of the speaker company B&W in China Lars Hundborg has just been appointed as a new member of the Copenhagen Goodwill Ambassador Corps.

"With Lars Hundborg as ambassador, we have managed to get another successful Danish businessman in the Danish goodwill ambassador corps," says Chairman of the Copenhagen Goodwill Ambassador Corps Jens Kramer Mikkelsen, who describes Lars Hundborg as a strong profile in China.

"It gives us a great opportunity to create even more powerful results which benefit development and jobs in Copenhagen," adds Jens Kramer Mikkelsen.

According to Jens Kramer Mikkelsen, the Corps’ work and contacts are invaluable for the generation of investments, projects, and conferences in Copenhagen.

The Ambassadors Corps is founded by Wonderful Copenhagen and Copenhagen Capacity and aims to promote Copenhagen. The Corps is composed of more than 80 goodwill ambassadors who reside in over 30 different countries.

The ambassadors draw on their international expertise and extensive network abroad. Among other things, their work has paved the way for the Lord Mayor of Copenhagen Frank Jensen's visit to cleantech companies on the US West Coast, a collaboration between CBS and Peking University, as well as visits from CNN and HBO Latin America.
