Project Onboard Denmark

Helping small and medium-sized enterprises to better onboarding international talent.

Project name: Project Onboard Denmark.

Purpose: Helping small and medium-sized enterprises to better onboarding international talent.

Short description: Project Onboard Denmark supports Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) to improve the recruitment, onboarding, and retaining process of international talent.

The project is run by six partners and funded by the Innovation Fund Denmark. In collaboration with the national initiative Talent to Denmark – will develop a customizable toolbox through rigorous research and direct development work with SMEs. The toolbox will cover a wide range of SME needs in line with differences of sector, size, and geographical location.

Duration: 2 years, 2021-2023.

Partners: City of Copenhagen and Wonderful Copenhagen.
