Novozymes and Novo Nordisk top science careers top employers survey

Novozymes and Novo Nordisk are no. 1 and no. 3 respectively on 2015 Science Careers Top Employers Survey by Science Magazine.
Scientists want to work at companies that keep innovation front and centre, and the top 20 employers in 2015 include those biotechnology and pharmaceutical firms on the leading edge of these advances.
Two global companies, founded in Denmark, take the top spot and the third spot respectively; Novozymes and Novo Nordisk.

The firms landing at the top of the 2015 Science Careers Top Employers Survey have created workplaces that recruit the best and brightest scientific minds. Their researchers are given the freedom to develop the next big thing in areas such as cancer treatment and green agricultural biotechnology and to develop their own careers.
Though recruiting and retaining talent is cited as a major challenge for the industry, these companies excel at attracting and keeping top talent.
