Køge municipality is currently selling some of Zealand's most attractive sites, close to the motorway network and a mere 35 minutes by road from Copenhagen city centre. These sites, available at prices ranging from DKK 200 (EUR 27) to DKK 625 (EUR 84) per square metre, are ripe for development.

Currently, sites are available in four areas. The White Town offers a central location and the remaining three areas are located on the periphery of Køge. The three peripheral areas all have excellent transport locations: Svansbjerg to the south-west of the town, Skensved to the north-west and finally a few lots are available close to Scandinavian Transport Centre.
