CellaVision to apply for listing on NASDAQ
The Board of Directors of CellaVision AB plans to apply for a listing on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm, Small Cap.
The listing will increase opportunities for institutional investors to invest in CellaVision and create
better share liquidity. The Board expects the listing on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm, Small Cap to take place
during the first half of 2010.
"CellaVision is a sound and stable company with a good business platform making it well-positioned to be
listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm's Small Cap. A listing in the main market will improve opportunities to
significantly broaden our investor base, increase liquidity and allow us greater freedom of action in our
continued expansion", says Lars Gatenbeck, Chairman of the Board of CellaVision.
CellaVision's shares have been traded on First North, in the Premier segment, since May 28, 2007. Shares
will continue to be traded on First North Premier until the change to NASDAQ OMX Stockholm, Small Cap has
taken place.
