Out of 5,000 top leaders from the entire world, General Manager Søren Eriksen from DSB and General Manager Christina Hvid from Danske Slagterier were shortlisted together with 245 leaders worldwide who are to be part of a recognised global management forum, writes Børsen Business Daily.

It is Young Global Leaders a forum under Global Economic Forum that at a press meeting recently selected a new group of young leaders. Previously, prominent Danes such as Lego’s Jørgen Vig, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Frederik and Bjørn Lomborg, author and former director of Environmental Assessment Institute, were selected as young global leaders.

Half of the selected persons comes from business life and the 245 young people under 40 are together going to set a new global agenda in a world where the most important decisions are taken by leaders with a great deal more life and management experience than these newly selected.
