26 new international companies in the Capital Region
14-03-2008
Copenhagen Capacity:
Copenhagen Capacity’s efforts in 2007 attracted 26 new international companies to the Capital Region and created a total of 554 new jobs. Of these, the companies themselves created 265 new direct jobs and 289 so-called indirect jobs were created at other companies in the region as a result of service provision
Comments Copenhagen Capacity’s managing director Steen Donner: “Naturally, we are pleased that so many new companies and jobs have been established, but we must also be aware that it is less than in previous years. Copenhagen is under pressure to maintain its international position and this requires increased action on the part of the politicians if the region is to continue to be competitive.”
